We test every batch in our own lab — electrical and mechanical performance verified before it leaves the floor.
Incoming Inspection
Raw materials, copper contacts and flame-retardant granules are checked before they enter production.
In-Process Inspection
Operators and QC patrol benches every shift — appearance, torque, wiring and rocker feel checked on the line.
Outgoing Inspection
Final electrical and sampling tests on finished cartons — CE (LVD) compliance before shipment.
